FAIRTIQ

With FAIRTIQ you don’t have to buy a ticket in advance, indicate your destination or struggle to find the right zone. You will always be charged the best available price, once you have completed your journey. It doesn't matter how often you switch directions, or even if you change between trains, buses and trams. With FAIRTIQ there are no hassles, no complications, just smooth and easy travel at fair prices!

How it works

Shortly before boarding a vehicle, such as train, bus, tram or boat, simply swipe the "Start" button in the FAIRTIQ app. Your final destination does not need to be entered.

If a conductor requests ticket validation, click the "Show ticket" button and the QR code will automatically be displayed in the app.

Once you have arrived at your destination, swipe the "Stop" button in FAIRTIQ. The optimised cost for your trip is then displayed in the app.

Area of validity

> Switzerland and Liechtenstein

You can travel throughout the entire GA route network. FAIRTIQ computes for you the best available fare for your journey. Travel for example by train with SBB between Zurich and Bern, by postbus to Verbier, by bus in St. Gallen, by tram in Geneva, or a combination of everything!

> Vorarlberg (Austria)

You can use FAIRTIQ with all busses and trains for trips in the whole Vorarlberg as well as in the combi tariff with LIEmobil (Liechtenstein).

> Göttingen (Germany)

You can use FAIRTIQ for your trips on the urban network. The price is computed based on the "GÖVB-Luftlinientarif" (beeline tariff).

> Linz (Austria)

You can use FAIRTIQ in the central travel zone of Linz, including the city’s Pöstlingbergbahn (cable car network). Only the regional bus network and the tram network run by the Upper Austrian Transport Authority are not covered.

Con FAIRTIQ non è necessario acquistare un biglietto in anticipo, indicare la destinazione o fare fatica a trovare la zona giusta. Ti verrà sempre addebitato il miglior prezzo disponibile, una volta completato il viaggio. Non importa con quale frequenza cambi direzione o anche se cambi treno, autobus e tram. Con FAIRTIQ non ci sono problemi, senza complicazioni, solo viaggi fluidi e facili a prezzi equi!

Come funziona

Poco prima di salire a bordo di un veicolo, come treno, autobus, tram o battello, basta scorrere il pulsante "Start" nell'app FAIRTIQ. Non è necessario inserire la destinazione finale.

Se un conduttore richiede la convalida del biglietto, fai clic sul pulsante "Mostra biglietto" e il codice QR verrà automaticamente visualizzato nell'app.

Una volta arrivato a destinazione, fai scorrere il pulsante "Stop" in FAIRTIQ. Il costo ottimizzato per il tuo viaggio viene quindi visualizzato nell'app.

> Svizzera e Liechtenstein

Puoi viaggiare su tutta la rete di rotte GA. FAIRTIQ calcola per te la migliore tariffa disponibile per il tuo viaggio. Viaggia ad esempio in treno con le FFS tra Zurigo e Berna, in autopostale fino a Verbier, in autobus a San Gallo, in tram a Ginevra o in una combinazione di tutto!

> Vorarlberg (Austria)

Puoi utilizzare FAIRTIQ con tutti gli autobus e i treni per i viaggi nell'intero Vorarlberg e nella tariffa combinata con LIEmobil (Liechtenstein).

> Gottinga (Germania)

Puoi utilizzare FAIRTIQ per i tuoi viaggi sulla rete urbana. Il prezzo è calcolato in base al "GÖVB-Luftlinientarif" (tariffa iniziale).

> Linz (Austria)

Puoi utilizzare FAIRTIQ nella zona di viaggio centrale di Linz, inclusa la Pöstlingbergbahn (rete funivia) della città. Non sono coperti solo la rete di autobus regionale e la rete tranviaria gestita dall'Autorità dei trasporti dell'Alta Austria.
